  • How do I reserve a Bounce House?
    You can e-mail us at reserve@busylegs.com, can call 909.657.6006 ext. 701, or visit us online at http://www.busylegs.com to make a reservation Master Card and Visa accepted.
  • How far in advance should I make my reservation?
    Please make your reservations as soon as possible. You can check availability online as well @ www.busylegs.com. Busy Legs Bouncer are very popular and sometimes we are booked up for weeks and even months in advance.
  • How much room is needed for a bounce house?
    You will need to provide a level area of about 14 x 14 feet with and over head clearance of 17 feet for a 13 x 13-foot unit or 16 x 16 feet for a 15 x 15-foot unit. When reserving a bouncer please make sure to read the details on the larger 15x15 3-1 combo online (www.busylegs.com).
  • What kind of surfaces can the Bounce House be set up on?
    Our Bounce Houses can be set up on any level surface from grass to concrete. So long as the area is free of debris, dry and somewhat clean. Please specify the surface where the bouncer will be setup so we can provide the appropriate anchors.
  • Do you deliver and set up the Bounce House?
    Yes. We deliver and setup all Bounce House units and insure that they are clean and in good working condition before your party starts. We test the Bounce House for safety before and after each setup.
  • What time do you deliver and pick up the bounce house?
    We start our deliveries at 7:30 am and start pick ups at 5:00 p.m. We try to be as flexible as possible according to each party we service and what the customers needs are.
  • Is there a delivery and set up charge?
    No, so long as it is in the local surrounding area of a 10 mile radius from Diamond Bar, CA as per Map Quest. If it is outside of a 10 mile radius, and we are able to make deliveries outside of the area we service, we will need to charge a small delivery fee only, not set up fee.
  • What kind of power is required?
    All bouncers must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.  All blowers must be setup on separate circuits. Otherwise this will burn out the motor on the bouncer or cause a power outage.
  • Are bounce houses safe?
    Absolutely! As long as all the rules are followed as per stated on the Rules and Rental Agreement. The Lessee is to acknowledge the rules and terms and make sure what they signed was understood. The bouncer units must be supervised at all times to insure the safety of the children.
  • What is the rental period?
    The rental period is up to 8 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into a circumstance  that you may have, as we are very flexible. We can also set up for over night occasions or a two-day rental based on additional pricing. Please call to discuss pricing.
  • Who will come and take down the bounce house?
    The same driver will come and take down the bounce house unit. This will take approximately 20 – 30 minutes. Please do not release the unit to anyone else. The unit will be your responsibility to surrender it back in an acceptable manner as outlined in the agreement. 
  • How long does it take to set up the bounce house?
    It takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to set up a bounce house.  Reviewing the safety guidelines and procedures are included in this time frame.
  • What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce house?
    A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use.  The adult must know all the safety rules and also is the enforcer of these rules.  The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment.
  • What if it rains?
    Busy Legs reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 miles  per hour). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call you the day before your party to confirm your reservation. Should you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds. Should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds, we will need to use our discretion, to insure the safety of the children and the equipment as well.
  • When is payment due?
    Providing you only paid 50% at the time of reservation the balance will need to be paid in exact cash (driver does not carry cash). If you like, you can pay in full with your credit card anytime online prior to your event this is fine as well.  We do not accept personal checks.
  • Will a Bouncer hurt my grass?
    The Bouncers are large and heavy, they cover a large surface area and will have a minimal impact on your grass. It will flatten grass temporarily, but we've never heard of any permanent damage. We will put stakes into the grass to hold the inflatable in place, but these holes are no larger than what you typically see with lawn aeration.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require a 72-hour notification of cancellation prior to your scheduled event, if you should have to cancel within the 72-hour time frame you will forfeit 25% of the rental fee.  Busy Legs will issue a check and forward it to the address we have on file for the card holder.  Refund checks are issued within 3 business days of your cancellation.  For further information please see Cancellation Policy at www.busylegs.com  There is no cost to reschedule the rental if done 24 hours prior to your event, rescheduling is subject to availability.
